These were started with the aim of income-generation for poor people. Training is provided on the following agriculture technologies to enhance family income: -
- Kitchen Gardening
- Starting up a Nursery
- Poultry and Livestock Production
- Integrated Fisheries, Livestock and Horticulture
To complement these projects nutrition education was provided in order to promote a healthy diet. The importance of consuming vitamin rich food such as fruit and vegetables is highlighted.
