The Director of Finance directly supervises financial administration. A Finance section assists him. Finance section is staffed by finance professionals.  This section takes care of the central accounts. Apart from that, at the branch level, finance administration is directly executed by accounts officers and accountants and supervised by managers. Performance is periodically reviewed by monthly reporting and also through the internal and external auditors.
