DSK Training Cell

DSK Training cell was established in 1999, understanding the necessity of continuous capacity building for staff, clients, and other stakeholders. The department is responsible for enhancing the capacity and professionalism of the DSK staff members and program stakeholders by organizing and facilitating a wide range of human development and management training. DSK training practices to design and deliver demand-driven training courses for different DSK program staff & stakeholders, to help achieve program goals more effectively. The overall goal of DSK training is to improve the effectiveness of DSK programs & activities, through the enhanced capacity of staff members, program participants, and other relevant stakeholders. These efforts are consistent with DSK’s strategic directions and aligned with the perspective plan and vision of the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh (GoB).
