DSK practices the culture of participatory democratic to run and manage the organization. Moreover, it continues to promote effectiveness, efficiency, team work, gender sensitivity, capacity building and adherence to the spirit of an egalitarian society and secular practices in the organization.

A supervisor mechanism is being followed to ensure secular democratic norms and values, respect to women, working in a team, accountability and practice of organizational and financial transparency. DSK has always been given its employees freedom of speech which represents it as a democratic organization & following this it maintains a procedure through which an employee can express his/her grievances verbally or in writing.
