As part of the “Youth Festival 2025” organized by the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA), the Customer Service Fortnight officially began on 19 October 2025 and will continue until 2 November 2025.

A total of 685 certified institutions (both in-person and online) are participating in this nationwide celebration.

As a proud participant, Dustha Shasthya Kendra (DSK) is observing the Customer Service Fortnight across its microfinance branches in Chattogram, Dhaka, Gazipur, Khulna, Mymensingh, and Narayanganj.

Activities undertaken by DSK include:

🔹 Encouraging innovation and new employment opportunities
🔹 Engaging youth in social development initiatives
